Default Amazon Milk Frogs Failure to thrive

I bought 3 milk Frogs and had them shipped for this past Fridays delivery. 1 was pretty chubby the other two IMO was on the thin side. All are smaller than my thumbnail. 2 of them do not appear to be doing well. I have them in a 128 oz deli container with small crickets and hydei flies. I just added a petri dish of springtails. Is there anything else I can do to encourage them to eat? I have a feeling two will be passing away shortly.
