I have never actually kept barbour's tree frogs but I have kept a Peacock tree frog which is closely related and comes from the same area in the wild. I had mine in a zoo med 18X18X18 and he lived for nearly 5 years. They are nocturnal so I didn't see much of mine during the day but at night I would come in with a flashlight and he would be stuck right on the front glass and very active. Try researching the care for Peacock tree frogs or big eyed tree frogs as they are both the same and I am sure you can apply these care requirements to a barbour's tree frog.
