Default Help ID this tree frog found in a plant from Ecuador

I was given this tree frog that was found in a plant that was shipped from Ecuador. I have no idea what it is... any ideas?

looks to be a variant of the Hypsiboas genus. Possibly Hypsiboas Punctatus, or Hypsiboas Fasciatus?

That's a cool looking frog. I remember when I was a kid my uncle used to run a grocery store and they would get all kinds of cool little critters in the shipments from South America - to include a copious amount of horrible spiders.
