Unhappy Sad day for my red eyes

So today is my red eyes weekly feeding and I went to do my three sprays I do before I feed all my frogs so they know. And I hadn't seen both tribbit and smegal at the same time in awhile I just figured he was in a good hiding/sleep spot as I've got tall big leaf viney plants in their vivarium. And I found smegal stretched out on the vivarium floor. And the I notice some how there are little snails that some how got into their viv could they have anything to do with this do I need the figure out a way to get rid of them or ? Now tribbit is gonna be lonely :-(

Snails are more than likely not the issue. Lets try and figure out your issue by looking at common issues

1) Are your frogs WC?
2) Did you do proper Quarantining?
3) Do you know the age of them?
4) How did you feed them and with what amount of vitamins?
5) Temps and humidity
High amounts of humidity can cause problems with Bacteria
6)Did you rinse and properly clean plants off? I am guessing not since you have found snails as they come in on plants. And plants can carry deadly bacteria or pesticides on them or in the sol and roots.
7)Where did you buy the frogs from?

Sorry for your lose , but you should put your other frog in a quarantine setup to monitor it.

Idk what wc is.

I've had them for two years and have not changed anything Temps and humid is the same right where it should be.

I haven't added any new plants in about a year and they were washed and cleaned out. And I've not once had issue with that.

The one single thing different I've had to do is manually spray them as I wait for my next tips for my mister to come in.

I have not a Damn idea how the snails came to be.

How do I rid my viv of snails? Short of scrapping my tank and starting over. My other red eye is doing great fat and happy. But I feel bad for her I wanna get her a new friend as we'll but first things first the damn snails they aren't over running the tank or anything but I've seen snails multiply quickly in fish tanks

Take the frog out for a bit, and CO2 bomb the tank
