Default Strange Amazon Milk Frog Tadpole

I have two amazon milk tads that have this gas bubble lung type thing on one side of their body. They seem to be developing just fine, except one only has one leg. they are in a kroger (78 oz?) container with treated tap water and are fed a fine powder mix of fish flakes, fish pellets, and micron powdered food. I already have two healthy frogs that have morphed out and the rest seem to be developing just fine.

I had a problem with tadpoles developing bubbles if the water wasn't clean enough. It looked a little different than this though.

Yes, I inspected the tad a bit closer and saw almost completely developed arm in the "bubble". The "bubble" seems to have grown a bit larger over the last few days. Anyone have any ideas what to do or what is causing it?

I know I'm a bit late to this. I have seen this in our vent tads before. I made the bubble go down by doing frequent water changes, and have decided it is caused by dirty water most likely. I hope this helps.
