Default Can you freeze DIY Moss Milkshake?

I was going to make some to include enough for a future build, could you freeze it?

That is a GREAT question and deserves more exposure...there are a lot of people who need a certain amount for a particular viv, but do not want to waste the rest of what they may have available...or wish to eventually propagate the rest of what they may have purchased...so I hope people will weigh in on the issue..!!!

why not experiment? freeze a little bit and apply it in your current viv and see if anything grows

I don't know for certain, but I doubt any of the tropical mosses would survive freezing. If you used temperate species, they might be able to handle it since they are exposed to freezing temps for some amount of time in the winter.

What about mixing it dry and keeping it dry? and only adding water when needed? that's what i've been doing and it's worked well so far...
