Default New Plants...will they work?

I just bought some Irish Moss and a couple of snake plants. I know the moss should work in my new viv but not sure about the snake plant, I think its sp. Sanseveria. Has anybody used this family of plant in their tanks?

I'm also looking for a grass like plant that only grows about 10in high...any suggestions?

Thanks

Sanseveria is a succulent and grows very tall; Irish moss is not really a moss, but a grass that will not tolerate tropical conditions.

The snake plants should do fine. They grow a little tall but are very sturdy and can support heavy frogs. Also when you take them out of the pots you can break the roots to seperate them into a plants. That irish moss has never done well for me, but maybe you will have more luck.

Default Sanke Plants

Most of the bird nest forms of Sansevieria trifaciata would do OK but things to watch out for are, they need really good drainage and should never have water sitting in the leaf axles. They will rot if either of these happens in a very humid environment. I doubt that Irish moss is suited to any enclosed vivarium envirinment but it is always woth a try.

Id be wary of the snake plant . Im not sure if it would hurt the glass ,
but ive seen them in nurseries where theyve busted through the plastic pots.
as far as viv conditions just be careful of water sitting in the leaf axles and that they have good drainage.
