Default Will plants grow with leds?

I plkan on using leds in my Vivarium, which will not hold frogs for quite some time, its a bed side display tank that im going to fill soon, but i need to know if leds will suffice, i'll be setting the leds up inside the tank to make sure all plants get light but was wondering if the plants will like it or do they need a uv? im new with plants already had a few die in my other viv, thanks and if anyone knows where to get moss spore and toprical plants seeds, and even pups for cheap let me know please, and only suggest if you've used the site, looking for a few broms ferns and mosses, and maybe some orchids and ghost bark, also suggestions for an ultra rich animal safe soil would be great aswell thanks gotta sleep though work in a few hours haha.

Yes, if you have enough LEDs that emit very particular wavelengths. It's really cutting edge and there are plenty of people selling LED arrays for lots of $ that aren't worth it if they work at all.

Another way of answering - probably not, you'd be better to get some cheap fluorescent fixtures from the hardware store and use cool white and warm white bulbs. That will work great.

Can I ask why you want to use LEDs?

You could try but you may not be happy with the results - what is bright artificial light to the human eye isn't necessarily bright to a plant.
