Default Alocasia 'Polly'

I have a Alocasia in my one tank and it just got done growing a new leaf but the problem is it grew to high so now the stem or stalk whatever you call it is now bowing. Show i just cut the hole stem off down at the bottom or maybe just the left off? Can i replant it if i cut the stem?

You can cut off the stem and leaf that is too tall. You can not, however, root that piece. Alocasia don't work that way.
