Default Can I save this NOID Barbosella Orchid?

I got this Barbosella orchid maybe a month ago from a great vendor on ebay and over time the leaves have turned more and more purpleish and look not so great.

From what I've read, the purpling of leaves is a sign of too much light and/or dehydration, so I reconfigured the lighting in my tank to hopefully let it stabilize.

Is there anything else that could be wrong? How can I save it?

Your orchid looks fine to me. If you've only had it a month, it's really just beginning to acclimate to your conditions. Just be more patient.

Ok cool, since posting this one of the leaves has fully died and fallen off, and a few others appear to be heading that way. At what point should I start to worry?

Thanks
