Default Worms on Salvinia natans

Ok so I just got an order of Salvinia Natans from a vendor and there are little black worm like creatures in the baggie with the plant. If I rinse the plant of do I need to worry about infecting my terrarium with them? I am not sure what they are, but they are thin, black, and about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch long.

Any suggestions? Should I risk using it or send it back to the vendor?
