There are a few different vendors that sell wood on here. Black Jungle, Cindy from Vivarium Concepts, Josh from Josh's Frogs. I have purchased from black jungle, josh's frogs, and ebay. If you go to the links page and look at the sponsors for this site, you can click on their webiste page and see the different types of wood.

I know ghost, and cypress are popular choices. I'll leave the moss one alone, as I haven't found a tropical moss that I really like yet. Some decide to forgo the moss in favor of leaf litter and long fibered sphagnum? I know bill (elmoisfive) advocates something similar to this.

The foam is named "Great stuff" and the silicon that I use is GE silicon II. I am finishing up my tanks right now and I will have pictures of them when they get done.

You can find both of those items at lowe's or home depot, and probably your local wal-mart.

A more reliable choice would be Handi-foam. It's more expensive but it doesn't have the shrinking issues we often see with GS.

Hello, you can buy Great Stuff from any place, as for the plant in the tad pic, it looks like java moss.
