Default Plant ideas for REGTF's

About a year and a half i posted about wanting to get some Red eyed green tree frog morphs (http://www.dendroboard.com/forum/tre...mutations.html). Well they are coming soon finally but i am having issues trying to figure out what plants to put on the cork bark wall. Its a decent size exo terra so i have room for some bigger plants. I really only have 3 broms and its looking plain. I know its pretty vauge but what plants would u put in this tank. I do have however about 500 dwarf white isopods now in this one as well lol.

I would put some pothos in it, it is a vine so you could attach it to the cork and has large firm leaves for your frogs to perch on.

They love
  • Pathos
  • Diffenbachia sp.
  • broad leaved bromeliads
  • Philodendron
  • aroids
  • arrowhead vines

These all work very well with me and my red eyes.
The thicker the foliage and broader the leaves, the more they will feel at home.

Edit: smaller tropical plants that a lot of hobbyists use for darts do not last. The red eyes will step on them and smash them. Thought it would add that in there. Good luck finishing your build.
irishanaconda and rain dart like this.

Look for broad leaf type plants, such as Alocasia or Spathiphyllum if you have the room, they will sleep on the underside. Wait, thats a lie 80% of the time the sleep on the front sliding doors, then poop and pee all down the glass.
Just about ready to get rid of all my RETFs and Phyllomedusa tomopterna and stick with just PDFs.
