Default Attaching subsequent Mistking Nozzles inside?

I'll have a hole drilled for the first Mistking nozzle entering my viv but is it possible to attach subsequent ones to the inside of an aquarium hood somehow? I know that there's significant pressure produced and things can rattle a bit. Has anyone done this successfully?

It’s plastic. I could secure it either side with the clips of course but that doesn’t secure the nozzle assembly itself. I fear it’ll rattle like crazy!

Yes i have modified the original nozzle going in so that you can hook up another one inside the Viv, i attached the second one with neodymium magentics to the top of the tank, one on the misting nozzle and one on the out side and there is very little rattle if any at all
RyanD and Encyclia like this.

My whole system rattles. I can handle it for the 15 seconds 3 or 4 times a day and the frogs have gotten used to it, too. All is well :-)

Any mistking's I've run I've always mounted through glass or screen (with a corner support.) If the nozzles are firmly mounted and the supply line is secured (not flopping around) I've been able to reduce the rattling that can generally go on with an MK system.

If the lid is plastic, I'd look at drilling it and through-hole mounting the nozzles. The only rattling I could see from that is if the lid is loose and the initial pressure shock rattles the lid.
