Default Rusting on exo terra screen- dangerous?

Hey all,

One of my vivs I purchased from a woman who previously kept a chameleon in it. It is an exo terra, and I have noticed some rust patches on the top screen. Will this be dangerous to my Ranitomeya imitators? I'm assuming it is dangerous and have ordered a new screen, but in the mean time I figured I'd ask about it to see if they are any real serious dangers to frogs involved.

very common with some exo lids. No worries / danger to frogs.
Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a bannana
