Couple ways I can think of.

1. Soak the whole nozzle assembly in white vinegar. At least for 24 hours. If that doesn't work, you could try forcing vinegar through the nozzle with a large syringe.

2. an ultra-sonic cleaner. If you don't have one, a buddy may. Or you can buy them for like $100. Obviously you shouldn't buy one just for this, but they will straight up clean anything that will fit in them. I use them to clean carburetor internals. They will also clean jewelry, gun parts, any small metal item, and all you use is distilled water.

+1 for the white vinegar. I purchased a used setup last year and tore it down and rebuilt. Just about all of the nozzles were plugged. I soaked them in vinegar while I rebuilt the rest of the tank and they were fine when I installed them. Total, they were in a container with vinegar for probably a month.

Yea ultrasonic with vinegar should work phenomenally. Please report back with your results. you could also try running the mist king using vinegar instead of water, to force it through the nozzle. Just make sure if you do that you run a bunch of distilled water through it afterwards.
