Looks cool. Can't wait to see what it looks like when completed and grown in.

Got the back foamed up and carved to shape.

And finally settled on a gnarly bit of driftwood that I broke into three pieces and silicones back together for shape.

No surprise that I am heavily inspired by Grimmís old tanks of 2012.

More to come!

Making progress! Am I correct in saying that this is going to be a peninsula style tank?

Thanks!

Skull is from Target's Halloween collection. Skin is cotton cheesecloth adhered with latex. Dry, it is all like the same surface that I then painted with acrylic mixed with Drylok waterproofer for added protection and covered in a final layer of acrylic sealer.

I am abandoning the rib cage because I am worried the novelty outweighs the usable surface area for the frogs. Just seemed too big for the remaining space.

Stoked on how it has turned out so far and can't wait to start the planting to see how it fills in.
