Default Mistking problem

I'm having trouble working my mistking and I'm just trying to figure out what the exact problem is. I've had this thing sitting around for a while and I wanted to bring it out to use it on one of my setups, but when I turned it on, the timer wasn't turning on and the pump wasn't running. Now, my question is, is it possible that the pump is still working, even if it wasn't running, because the timer is broken? Or would they simply both be broken? The power supply is still functional.

I would think that's possible. Can't you just plug the pump into an outlet directly to see if it works? Maybe I am not understanding.

I'll try taking the timer out and plugging the pump directly in when I get pack. Hope it works would be very frustrating if both broke I'd basically have to get a new system

Greetings,

You can find equivalent (and even superior) timers on Amazon to replace your mistking timers. They are not as elegant and small as the mistking timers but, in my case, I was able to find a timer with more flexibility in misting times than anything mistking offers - at less than 1/2 the price. Hopefully you just need a new timer!

Mist King support is amazing. Have you tried calling them?
