Default Nicrew LED

So I was wondering if anyone has tried the nicrew plus full spectrum LED. I've only had the usual florescent tubes but I'm looking for an upgrade because my plants aren't looking too good. If someone has used this product or any other budget LED I'd like to know how well it works before I make the switch. Thanks in advance for your input!!

I have a light very similar to this on my small viv at the moment I have found it was not that bright but I have had 3 and they're all different that's why on my new tank i made the lights worked out cheaper if your willing to shop around and do a bit of soldering ps the number of LEDs does not make a huge difference but the quality does I use 3w led bulbs on mine with a good spectrum mix looking at what would be good for the plans as well as the frogs I went over the top but you could make it much simpler I also have an ikea led this one https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/...-art-40333455/ which I have on my tank now, gives plenty of light in a good spectrum and a good price its not big but it brought out the color of my frogs and plants in a smallish tank 18x18x24 no end hope this helped

I actually bought the 12-18 inch one for a 12x12x12 build. The light was disappointing in my experience. I even had ficus pumila in the tank that was very slow to root with the light. If you need a budget light then go for it but honestly you're better off with a low wattage CFL bulb at that point. Ended up selling the light and upgraded to an arcadia 9W jungle dawn LED.

For the best price/performance I would recommend the sunblaster LED lights (at least in canada). They have a lot of kick to them and have good light penetration, while not giving off too much heat. Plus the plants love it.
