Default Seal wood with marine epoxy or pond liner?

I'm building a large viv (about 200 gallons) and I would like to consider using my leftover epdm pond liner to seal/cover the wood instead of the usual liquid sealant. Regardless, I will be using pond liner on the bottom because of the constant water sitting on it. The sides however are not submerged, just subjected to high humidity. BTW, the side and back walls will be covered in natural material so you won't see under it anyway. Any thoughts?

i woudl go with the liner, epoxy is really hard to work with and seal with in that kind of setting and might not provide with the addequate seal you need which you can easily get from a liner.

I'd go epoxy. Epoxy the pieces while it's apart, then assemble like you would a glass tank (including silicone) but with the addition of screws. This is exactly how the fish hobby does plywood tank.
