Default 45g tall tank complete redo

Well, I have a 45 g tall that used to house three Whites Tree Frogs. I hated being kept awake at night by creatures that selpt all day (horrible room mates if you ask me!) So, after working for Brian of Brians Tropicals, I got an itch for dendrobatids. Now here's the question, what kind of frog should I get that will utilize all the space in that large of an enclosure. Note that while they are beatiful, pumillios are off the list as I want frogs that I can find. Basically, will tincs ever utilize some upper level spaces if I created them in the viv.? or am i stuck with leucs?

As long as you can create ways for them to get around the viv, larger frogs will use the whole thing. While frogs like tincs and terribillis are terrestrial, keep in mind that terrestrial animals doesn't necessarily mean in contact with the ground 24-7. In the wild they find them in shrubs and on tree roots and fallen logs and various other places. If you just have the background, then they will have problems getting up to the top of the tank, but if you have pieces of inclined driftwood and ledges and such then they will use them.
