Default Longtime admirer of PDF new to the hobby

I can honestly always remember liking something about poison dart frogs as a kid but it wasn't until I went to my first reptile expo that I discovered that they were able to be made into pets.

I recently plunged in and bought a 36x18x24 National Geographic Terrarium for a good price on Facebook marketplace and have been trying to customize it ever since to adjust it for humidity levels. The tops and there is a small panel on the side that is metal mesh. I also imagine I'll have to use silicone on the bottom.

I still haven't decided on what will be my first dart frog though. I think I change my mind every other day as I read more and more about them and comparing their needs with what I have..

Hoping to find some breeders, plants, and bugs to buy in the southeast US!

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Picking your first frogs can be tough. Sticking to just one species can be even harder. Cheers.
