Default Unwanted bugs

I've discovered a one inch red centipede in my tank. I have no frogs yet but I am growing my isopods and springtails. Any advice on how I eliminate this critter?

If you type 'centipede' in the search box above you'll get 142 posts on centipedes.

I like to consider myself a super genius, but I don't know anywhere close to 142 things about centipedes, so that's my best advice for you.
I think I could turn and live with animals, they are so placid and self-contain'd.
