Oh, forgot to also ask, what is better to start with. A terrarium or an aquarium?

I would say something like a exo terra terrarium is best
as then you have the front opening to feed and take care of the frogs
with a aquarium you will have to do everything from the top
lifting the top up every time you need to feed and to take care of them
also you may have to keep moving the light unit every time

I definitely prefer the front opening tanks for ease of maintenance. As stated above, lights can be a pain unless you suspend them above the tank. Even then the top opening tanks are a bit of a pain. Perfectly functional and fine, but front opening all the way.
