Default Mantella bernhardi courtship

Enjoy! They are quickly becoming one of my favorite species of Mantella.

Very cool! Are their bodies actually black, or is it just how they show up with the lighting?

Some a closer to a dark brown, but there is some variability.

Wow, really nice, love the Mantellas. I have 2 Mantella Baroni and a group of 5
Mantella aurantiaca, all beautiful frogs. I love the call, really nice, good luck with them, now that I see them in action I will have to add them to my want list. Thanks for sharing. Jon

They're going crazy in there, I like how there's at least 3 males calling at the same time!

I'm suscribed, not sure how I missed this one. Love the calls on them, very pleasant and bird like....but not annoying like that lil bastard that sits outside my bedroom window going nutz at 4:30 am....

never owned mantella but theres a few that have caught my eye.

Yeah, they are incredible. Probably the most bold (and loud) Mantella species I've kept to date. Just very awesome little frogs.

Is there much difference when it comes to setting them up for breeding versus darts?
