[[[Warning: IMAGE Heavy!!]]]

Okay...Thank you very much to STEVE(sounddrive) for helping me construct this viv!!!!!! It is a custom made 90 gallon tank, turned vertical (18" Length X 31" Depth X 36" Height upright) by glass cages...

I planted it this past weekend with lotsa broms, and some terrestrial plants....abg mix, waterfall....riccia in the pond area! I seeded it this week w/ springtails!

Is ANYONE READY for some pictures??????? Hahahahha....I hope so! I have some w/o the flash, and with the flash.....for a lil' "mood" *grin*

ENJOY!!!!

Much much much much more plants!

Get some good misters in there, I would have even considered a drip system for such a tall tank, but you're off to an excellent start. Thanks for providing the construction pictures as well as a finished product. Hope it ends up filling in really good! Love the size!

I would turn the broms that are almost facing upside down more up so that the "pot" in the center can get some water, thats how they drink.

It's very nice looking tank and I really like what you have done with the wood/adding depth to the background. I would second the suggestion to point the broms upward and would add that you may want to look for a few plants to help cover the massive background, as the broms will never cover the whole area.

Maybe consider pep prostrata, some of the hoya plants (curtsii for one), and other options(there are a ton of choices) as plants that you can pin to the background and get a draping covered effect.

Good luck, you are off to a great start.

took the words right out of my mouth! i use fishing line and wrap the base of the brom with moss then stitch them into place..

Tank looks great! you have to post more pics once it grows in a bit!
