Default First Dart Vivarium -- Experimenting

Hey guys, I was browsing creigs list today and found a 29 gallon aquarium for 30 dollars, so I decided it's time to stop dreaming and attempt my first vivarium.

Once I picked it put I went out and bought some GS and silicone along with some eggcrate and some cocofiber. I probably won't get as far as the cocofiber today though because I'll want to continue and I'm on a tight budget this week. So I guess I'll just experiment with the GS and figure out what I'm going to do.

Here's some pictures.

Also, just a quick question. How should I clean it? I know they kept fish in there and I know it was poorly kept because it smells like absolute shit.

Vinegar cleans up quite a bit of nastiness, if there's any hard water deposit stuck on the glass, it will help that too.

Vinegar works, but so does bleach. I would first clean the gunk out using just water, then use a 5-10% bleach solution (or vinegar), then rinse until the smell is gone-or at least 10x.

Just finished cleaning. Any tips or anything for the GS? I'm kind of new, I thought about practicing it on some cardboard, but I dunno. So yeah, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use gloves, its messy. And don't wear any cloths you plan on wearing in public.
