How long is spring break? If you have had your tank set up for a while depending on the frog and the amount of microfauna allready in there you may be able to leave them. What kind of frogs do you have? the larger tinc type frogs will need to be taken fed by a petsitter if you are going to leave them for more than a week or so, but I have left thumbs for two weeks with absolutly no problems. But I also have a rediculus amount of sprigs and little critters in their tanks.

A note about putting ff in the tank, there can be problems if you don't have adequate ventilation with the build up of co2.

Do you have any friends or family that could swing by 2 or 3 times while you're gone? It should be someone you can trust to show up. My wife feeds my frogs when I travel for work. It's not a big deal. Any one can knock the little buggers into a cup. I usually don't worry about calcium and vitamins so as to keep everything as simple as possible. Have your volunteer come over a few times before to try and feed them beforehand. It's really not rocket science. And with only a few frogs it will only take a few minutes of their time! Good luck!

Why not just start a few little (like the tiny tubes you can buy at PetSmart/PetCo) FF cultures ahead of time and put them in the viv. I really doubt the amount of CO2 coming out of them would amount to much, and your plants should be helping with respiration anyway.
