Default First vivarium 29 gallon

Planted about 2 weeks ago. Letting it mature for another 2 weeks and I'm going to add another round of spring tails and isopods. I have a pair of tincs but they're in their quarantine cage right now and eating good and are fat and happy!

This is really pretty. What is the little water pool made of?

Thank you very much. Its been about a month or two getting it ready. I've been bitten by the bug though. I've already started construction on a 4' long, 2' tall, 2' wide wooden vivarium. Still have quite a bit of work to do on it though. I've just got the rough frame built out right now. I should have it finished up in a couple of months. I'm not trying to dump a whole bunch of money into it at once. Just a little at a time. The water bowl you see in the picture is called a monkey pod I believe. It's some sort of natural item I do know that. You can buy them from the Bio Dude. If his website shows that he's out of stock. Just give them a call during the week. They are super nice people. It was less than 10 bucks if I can remember correctly. I'm sure other people have them. But they may not call them the same thing. I know for a fact Bio dude has them though because When I was there at the storefront he had a giant box of them. I got to pick mine out, as they're all slightly different.

Thank you. I'll look for that. What is the vine that seems to be growing up the back wall? I am looking for something like that because I have the fairly ugly exo terra background.

That plant is called "creeping fig". Some people don't like it. I believe it can kind of take over lol. You'll just have to prune it a lot. It's already grown quite a bit since this picture.

If it takes over the background and maybe my hydro access pipe I'd be OK with that. I'm fine with trimming. Thank you for your help.
