Default Lamasi ready to move!

Hello all,

Posting a simple setup for the R. Lamasi Lowlands 'Green Legged' froglets. They have been in quarantine and are now ready to move into their new home. It is a 12X12X18 Exo Terra. The pictures were taken with a camera phone but you get the idea! The filter is not visually pleasing but it keeps the water fresh and clean.

I am looking forward to the plants growing in! Feedback and suggestions are welcomed!

Jeanie

I would add a few inches of leaf litter, whenever my lamasi lay eggs they always lay in the leaf litter.

Julio,

Thanks for the compliment, the background is a 'forest tile background', here is a link to it on the web:

The filter is ugly but it does wonders for raising the humidity. That was the main reason for putting it in there. I could not keep high humidity even when misting three times a day. It also circulates and filters the water so that is a huge bonus. A submersible pump with tubing would be more visually pleasing, I want to set something like that up eventually.

Otis07,

Thanks for the leaf litter suggestion. I just got some and threw them in the springtail container to get loaded up. Will toss them in soon!
