Default New Set Up

Started this new setup for my darts about two weeks ago now and figured I would share. The tank is a Exo Terra 24inx18inx24in. So far I have just made/modified the background of the tank.

For the background I used the original exo-terra foam background with some serious modifications. The materials I used included the following:
-original foam background that came with the tank
-spray foam (Great Stuff Pond and Stone)
-Silicone (100% silicone in black)
-eco earth coconut fiber
-cork bark piece
-ghost wood branch

I will post more when I have had more time to work on it.

So life happened and I didn't have time to post my progress on this setup but it is done now. I was hoping to make it more artistic and such but I was lacking inspiration I guess. The frogs seem to like it which is the most important thing .

I like your idea of modifying the pre-fab background vs. starting from scratch, and it looks great. I have always removed that because I didn't like the look of it, but your final result is awesome! I am assuming you have a circulating pump for the water somewhere. I will go back and look at your build pictures.

Thanks! I do have a circulating pump in there that is connected to a waterfall, it is hard to see in the photos though. It is along the right side of the tank and goes down to a little pool.
