Default Azureus - New to my collection.

Here are a some pics of my new Azureus. They seem to be very healthy and eating like pigs. Thank you to Brian Sexton, who picked them up for me at the latest Midwest group meeting. I wish I could have been there.

Maybe a pair?

What are you looking at?

Playing in the stream.

Yes, very much so...what do you have that stream running on? How did you make it?

Thanks for the complements!

The stream runs on a strip of plastic and falls, into the pond, over a block of peat. The peat block is what you see at the bottom of the pic. The gravel covers up the black plasitc strip. The stream is run by a small Rio pump.

I have to agree... very nicely done stream. I too would love to see the whole tank if you are willing to post a picture.

Well here you go.

This viv houses my azureus and has been set up for about 2 months. The ferns are doing ok, but I may replace one with some broms. If the moss on the left doesen't start doing better I am going to replace it with java, but the frogs don't seem to mind.

This viv houses my auratus and has been set up for 3 months. I can't beleive I got a picture with some of them in it. They are so shy. I love java moss. Check out the side of the hut on the far right! Sorry about the reflection of the window!
