Basically you do the same thing for posting the link, instead you click the Img button next to the url button. When you are done it should look like [img]your%20url%20here[/img]

Ok, when I goto properties, I see the url, but not the img- where is that located?

Don't take the url from the thumbnail picture, open it up and get that url.
