Default 29 Vert Side View

Well I decided to do an experiment with a 29 vert to see how it would look setup to be viewed from the side. I think it turned out alright. Not too bad I don't think.

Sorry for the crappy pics...

Background done

Planted

That's a great idea. No acrylic hinges. I like the unobstructive view.

Default hmm

What types of problems did you run into with this type of setup?
Also, would you do it again?
By the way, the lycopodium(sp?) is doing great!

Thanks!

Adam, the only real "problems" I could think of is that...

1) Planting was hard at times b/c of the narrowness but not something that was impossible.

2) Designing a cover that would allow the veiwable side to stay clear may be a bit difficult but not impossible either.

I would definately build another one like this.

The 29gal has a nice shape when set up like that.
Of course this style is hardly experimental...

Thanks Ron. No I'm not a south paw and didn't realize that until it was too late! Haha. No matter though, it wasn't difficult to plant, just a bit uncomfortable at times.
