Default Boca Del Toro property for sale

Just wondering if anyone wanted to buy some pumilio property? The prices are not as bad at all. Just found this site looking for some pics.

Yeah, I have been looking at real estate in the bocas del toro islands online for a while now. My wife and I are *hoping* to buy some land down there sometime before it gets too expensive and move there for good in 10-15 years. Hopefully we'll be down there early next year to check everything out. Yeah... my family thinks I am crazy- especially my in-laws. They don't want me taking their daughter out of the country  So we'll see if it happens or if it remains a dream. Besides that I guess my wife would have to learn spanish- and then my father, brother, friends and I wouldn't be able to do our "guy talk" in front of the ladies anymore. If she understands what we are saying then all the fun is gone. Now I am not sure if it is worth giving that up 8)

Yep in-laws will mess up most plans to move any where that isnt close to them, even if it will make the lives of thier children/grand-children better, just learned that myself.

A hammock.

But I think anything beyond that is just creature comforts.

A hammock and dear god, remember the mosquito/no see 'em netting. I remember my first night camping out in Costa Rica... right on the beach on the Atlantic near Limon... I still have nightmares about the mosquitos and no see'ems *shivers*

Buying land in Panama is a joke. Most of the stuff is scams. You may buy the land and own rights to it... or so you think. I have heard lots of horror stories about false contracts and land for sale that is really not. Look into it if you are serious, but beware.

Ok I posted on frrognet about a developement going in on the island of Bastamentos called RED FROG BEACH. Asked fro a 3rd party oppinion from a research non profit corp in the area, and the director said that the Panamanian Gov in entertaining legislation that would allow them to seize costal properties and sell them to the highest foreign bidder. May their money perish with them. The dogs.
