Default Share your kids Halloween costumes & fun

My nephew and his buddy came over to go trick-or-treating in our neighborhood (less hills to climb and there is a really cool hanted house in our neighborhood). They both had a ball as you will see!

My Nephew is in love with Thomas the Tank Engine so I made him a train and he was the conductor.

He has always had a crush on my neighbors girls so here he is happy as a clam with all the little ladies surrounding him.

Him and his best friend

His best friend is a two-fister

This one was fun to do. Got a lot of comments as we went around. Poor little guy couldn't see very well, but practicality had to take second place to looks.

He probably got twice as much candy as my daughter and went to a few less houses.

I didn't do anything for Halloween (and don't have any kids), but I did teach my two labs as a gecko. It was humorous. Virtually every student came in, looked at me with a "am I in the right room?" look, realized it was me, and laughed. They had a little difficulty paying attention, I think...

that look is a nice contrast to the smiling ginger bread man on her shirt. Is she being silly, or did you make her mad? Too cute...

I can't believe that nobody is concerned about internet predators and potential child abductors by posting pictures of your kids on the internet

thinking the same thing chad why is one thread(sorry candy by no means is this offense to you or anyone else, the costumes are absolutely adorable and it is halloween)but chads thread was negatively jumped on"show off your kids" . why? first off, anyone can see our kids, on here or not. hospitals post pics, i was in the newspaper as a child selling lemonade without my own mothers permission? actually, my kids's pics are posted everywhere. not by me necessarily, but by schools on the walls, in the local community pages such as extra-cirricular activities, preschools. kristy

Agreed to some extent, and how sad is that? If anyone comes looking for my big yellow square spongy kid, I'm gonna get them with my jelly fish net.

If someone came looking for my nephew, they would be looking harder to return him once he started his tantrums.

Cardboard boxes, posterboard and paint! The hardest part was chasing my nephew down who had run off with the face when he realized it was a Ginormous Thomas. That kid wore me out.

ha try four lol......all can have tantrums! now when they all do it at the same time, i'm ripping my hair out trying to be nice mommy and calm and using positive reinforcement! so far, the time-out chair is out of the question. lol i think you sit in your room for timeout till A. you aredone with your tantrum and/or B. you did well in timeout and do it one minute per year of age. on a sidenote. as i got off-subject sorry lol....you did a great job on that train! very creative. how long did it take to make? kristy

EDIT: feel free to come on over. good birthcontrol

Exactly. Just curious why my thread was a bad idea but this one is not. Just a little perturbed is all.

Point is everyone sees it differently and bringing it up again is not needed.
