Default Infection / leg break treatment?

Good morning! I was sent pictures of an azureus with an injured lower leg by someone who i am mentoring on frog care, and as i have not dealt with this issue before i was hoping that someone here could chime in on potential causes and hopefully treatments? Not sure if attempting to take this frog to a veterinarian would help?

Yes, taking it to a qualified exotics vet would certainly be the most effective first step.
