Default Infections of some sort

I dont know what type of infection it is but I do know it isnt getting better. Its getting worse actually. I have treated it with something that the vet gave me and he said it was for shell rot in turtles. It made the frogs shed their skin so I discontinued using it until my silversulfadiazine came in. It doesnt seem to be helping either. I am getting quite worried. The discolored lesions are on the back and legs of the male and the legs of the female. The males lesion has progressed quite rapidly. Which makes me worry even more. When I use a q-tip to prep the area, some of lesion comes off onto the q-tip. Its greyish in coloration. I think I see tiny white spots among the greyish area. I dont know why the silversulfadiazine wont help. I have been using it for a few days now. Any experiences like this that can help will be greatly appreciated.
