Default Hanging branches? Looking for the maker

I had dart frogs quite a few years ago and got out of them, we're looking to jump back in. At one point i had a pair of thumbnails in a large exo terra and had a guy (on here i think) build branches that attached to a piece that sat across the top of the tank and hung down thru the tank. I absolutely loved it and still regret selling it. Im hoping to do another tank similar as well as a terrestrial tank. Anyone know who makes the hanging pieces? Im going to have to look for a picture...

Welcome, Sarah! A picture would help. I can't think of what you are talking about off the top of my head. I will say that there are so many ways to make your own branches that I am sure somebody on here could walk you through how to do it.

I think you might be talking about the hanging vines that GRIMM did on his peninsula Vivarium. The photos and how he did them are still posted on the peninsula thread

That might have been something that I made.

That kind of setup is real easy to put together and maintain. I sold a few of the top-mounted manzanita features.

That sounds really interesting. I would like to see those.

Did they lay in per anchoring ware and universal or specific to a tank type?

I really like putting space to animal use and this sounds really cool.

It was indeed your manzanita tops the OP was referring to. I remember your posts about them from years ago. Very unique idea, those.

Those were indeed from you. I actually found my old account too LOL I ordered some Manzanita wood so I may try to create something myself once I get the tank built. What did you use for the top? I cant remember what it was but it fit perfect across the exo terra.

So, how did the branches thing sit across the top of the exo terra?

The top was probably either PVC or HDPE sheet.

Do you have any pics of the branches? I'm having a hard time picturing what they look like (from the OP's description they sound pretty cool)
