Default How many Lukes or Mints?

I'm thinking of turning my Biopod Grand into all land (now its half water).

It will have over 5 square feet of land, or the size of a 90 gallon tank.

How many Mints or Nominal Lukes would be comfortable in a tank this size?

I think you could comfortably accommodate 8 in there of either species. Any more and I feel it might be too crowded.

Thanks. I am thinking 6 to 8. They will also have some vertical space. Will they typically group together or spread out?

The general rule of thumb I've read repeatedly for P. terribilis is one square foot per frog.

Observing my own group's movements and interactions I wouldn't overshoot that by much. Particularly with terribilis as they seem to climb somewhat less as adults than D. leucomelas.

I've successfully (healthy, no aggression, opportunity to move) kept 5 terribilis in 4.5 square feet of space but felt like that was the upper limit.

I happen to have 5 leucs too and will probably lean towards the same numbers.
