Found these guys on the front glass this morning.





Can somebody ID them and tell me what to do about them?

looks like a fresh water leach, dont know how you get that in your viv though. ill try to find some info, also ask my bro hes a vet and might know.

I have the same thing in my Auratus tank. No idea what they are though.

i have them in a tank of mine too. i believe they're harmless, but kinda gross looking when they climb up the front of your tank. :?

I'm assuming they are not a food source for the frogs so I'm wondering if they will multiply and take over the tank???

They are harmless to your frogs but unfortunatley they feed on fruitflies and springtails, so once you have them in your tank it will be impossible to set-up a springtail colony as they will pretty much wipe them out within a couple of days of seeding your tank.
