Default Supplements to use on breeding darts and not breeding darts

Hey all I was just wondering what supplements I should use for all of my darts and my mantellas. Some are breeding some are not so is there a difference in supplements between breeding and non breeding? And should I use color inhancers also?

Thanks,
Nick.
