Default Moraspungas morphing

So I just had my first Moraspunga morph out. I traded tadpoles with a friend at the last get together at Roman's. Don't quite remember the date but it seemed like these guys would never morph. I didn't know what to expect as my experience has mostly been with thumbs. Two finally started getting back legs and then one suddenly had front legs. For as long as it took to get this far, it seemed that now everything was going rather quickly. when I came home from work today the tad was still swimming around in the water but just an hour ago I did another check and he was no where to be found. He had crawled out into the shoebox his cup was in, still with a huge tail. Looking forward to watching them develop. I have always liked the patterns on Moraspungas.

Shaun,
Sorry to let you down but I am terribly bad with electronics and have not yet mastered the art of posting pics. I can only paint the picture with words.

A little update. I now have three froglets and one last tad getting close to morphing out. The three froglets range from newly morphed and still very drab to the oldest now looking very colorful. I still haven't gotten myself together on posting pics but hopefully soon.

Jim, arent the colors on those moraspunga great? These were the 2nd species I kept back in the 90's and the very first to breed for me....in a very simple set up in a 20 long (with a screen top!!!!) Hopefully I'll be able to keep them again in the future.

Received a group of tads a month ago, back legs are growing, front legs should pop soon.

Jim got those tads from me, Chris.

Haven't had anymore yet. The group seems to be on a hiatus
