What forum? You cannot start ads or leave feedback until you have made at least 25 posts and been a member for an unspecified period of time. It sucks when you are new, and legit, but it's a rule in place to weed out scammers. Just show that you really want to be here to learn and contribute and the limitation will be lifted soon enough.
Welcome and Good Luck!

Hey Doug. I have been member since last year and just haven't posted much. Do you think once I have 25 posts the administrators will allow me to post on the market place? I have many bean bettle cultures ready to ship and just noticed this technicality today. I have done business with a few members already.

Good morning. I am new to PDFs and am trying to learn as much about them as well before I purchase them. I am in my research phase and have some questions. I was sent to this site by a few people to learn about this amazing hobby. I will have to admit that I am not the most tech savvy person and find this site a little hard to navigate. I had to Google how to start a new thread. I guess this will be my first post. If anyone could share a link to building a drip wall, I would greatly appreciate it!
