Default junior member vs member title

How do you go (title wise) from a junior member, to a member, to a (is it a senior member)? Is this based on amount of posts or the amount of time you have been a dendroboard member?

Feel free to correct me if I`m wrong,
I believe it`s-
100 posts for member
2000 posts for senior member.

I know 100 is for member
i always assumed Senior Member and Dedicated Suppoter or whatever were just gotten with time, like being a member for two years or something (consistently posting during that time ofcourse)

I get the junior member to member but to get to senior is a milestone in a half. I think we need to make a test or something else. Cause the rate I post I will be 90 before I get to senior.

If you don't post much, why not support the forums and receive a nice tittle as well:

Or join TWI/ASN and not only get that listed, but help support all amphibians.

The frequency of the posting doesn't matter nor does the title held by the individual.. its the quality of the information provided in the post that is the important item.

I like what Ed has to say but that doesnt have any standing with member status (I wish it did). You could respond to ever post by just saying Yuppers and become a member the day you joined (took me almost two years). That still doesn't mean you know anything about dart frogs.

To tell you the truth, when I'm reading a post and weighing what it says, I don't look at the title of juinor, senior, idiot, or whatever... I look at what it says...

In addition, when you click on the reply post link and scroll down to review what was said (if you didn't quote it), the identifiers are stripped from the names, so you can't see if someone was titled idiot, TWI, all knowing god or otherwise.

I think you've got it. Join date, number of posts, junior this, senior that, who cares. Regardless of what those say..."That still doesn't mean you know anything about dart frogs"

I thank you all for this information. I just thought it was odd when two super knowledgeable breeders such as Mark Pepper and Sean Stewart are listed as junior members, when they post. (At least last time I saw their posts).
