Keeping tabs on this is important for us as well. We can be contacted through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

If there is some common reason people can not register we'd like to get to the bottom of this bug to enable more users to sign in and up

Most common reason is your Spam source algorithm(s).

I asked for feedback to see if it was an issue with a certain email provider, but it seems Facebook users have a lack of attention span and only one responded to the request.

A few did add on that they had the same issue.. but I stopped following up once I gave instruction on who to contact.

If I remember, I think I had an issue when I signed up but I resolved it through contact us link. It was a while back and very well could have been a different forum for me.

Default New members unable to verify?

After trying to make an account for literal months, I finally tried tapatalk to see if it would let me in. I even got a friend to try and join with the same “verification problem” result. I tried contacting support (twice, actually, a month apart) with no response. It’s definitely a problem, but I’m very happy to be here now! No more just stalking for me

At what point did you get the error, during the human verification step mentioned above or elsewhere?

After I put in all of the sign in information and clicked the button to create account, it brings you to a page with a bulletin notice about not being able to verify you because the service is not available

I used both the mobile version and desktop version on Safari. I had a friend try the mobile version too, but I’m not sure what browser they used. Thank you for trying to fix this!

I know this is inconvenient, would be willing to try and register again only this time screenshot what you see? I want to see if it matches what we're getting as Lee posted above.

Welly, Well.
I just went to a clean browser and tried to register with the web console active.
The image is, I believe the error most people are getting. Lot's of errors popped, but the main one was the error for the crowd control script. It is failing possibly because of a MIME type mis match in the script declaration.
There were also a tons of errors related to cookie storage and access. It seems the pop-up registration box might be getting nixed by pop-up blockers and this could cause problems as well.
Accessed on Windows 10 ultimate, Firefox browser v. 71.0 64bit.
If you want to send me a PM request with an email I can send you a text doc with the error log. Not gonna just post it on a reply.
Good news, it's doesn't look like a horrible issue.

I’m glad you guys are working towards fixing the issue. This is a valuable source of info and I’m seeing a lot of newbies being fed bad info on Facebook.

Thanks for the update and extensive search. While reading your report here I got hit with an idea to what could be the issue. We've seen a lot of vB sites not being nice to IPv6, which a few members may have, even more if they have any VPN (or similar). I've since disabled this block, so it MAY have fixed things... maybe

Anyone willing to confirm this?
