Default Stickies...too stuck!

The stickies cover over the sub-forum topics and I can't get rid of them or see any of the discussions. I used to be able to read through the sub-forums no problem, then the stickies showed up. Really ruined this site for me. Can anyone help? I may not be able to read your answer though! Thanks

What device and browser are you using to view the forum?

Which subforum are you trying to view?

If you are using the Enhanced Mobile View, the stickies should only show up when you click the Yellow Icon in the top right corner. It will change to a yellow box with an X in it to close it.

If it is showing up automatically, then its a browser issue. Please provide the information requested by Tom so we can look into it.

Also, try another browser to see if you're still getting it.

Clearing cache and cookies is always a good start as well.

I'm using my LG G6 phone and the desktop icon to get to the browser. Been doing it this way for a while with no issues, then about a month ago after not being able to log in for over a week for some reason, it started doing this. I use the enhanced mobile version of the web site.

Hey there,

Which browser are you on?
Can you send us a screenshot of what you see on your end?
We'll see if we can replicate the issue.

Best regards,

Ed

Did you try clearing cookies and cache for the site as JB suggested? There should be a X on the right side of the screen to minimize that popup window with the stickies, but yours seems to be stuck only partially loaded.

Even with the stickies deployed, you should be able to select the menu in the top left corner of the screen. From there you can exit the EMV. If clearing cookies and cache, can you try exiting the EMV and then returning to it by using the button at the bottom of the page in the desktop view?
