Default Notification glitch

I clearly have a couple of notifications, but when I click to open nothing happens.
Been going on for a couple of days

Are these PM notifications, or? When you click to open, does the window lock up, or are you taken to the control panel, but no notifications remain? Anyone else having similar problems?

The "Your Notification" 4 is highlighted.
I can click it all day and just nothing happens. Nothing opens

When you say nothing happens, do you mean that you're able to click and the drop down menu appears but when you select the notification (unread private message for example), nothing happens then? Or the drop down menu doesn't even appear?

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and refreshing the page to try clearing your notifications? If it still doesn't work, what browser/device are you using? Could you test on another browser/device to see if it's an isolated issue?

The drop down menu doesn't even appear.
Seems to have started around the same time my Samsung phone did the new update.
When I gets home later I'll try your recommendations

Cleared cache, something I had never done before on this phone. My son told me I had 4 gigs of it.
Tried to check my notifications still nothing.
Logged out and logged back in with a new password than was able to check.
Everything's worked out

I'm glad this has worked out for you TheForSaken.

Is anyone else running into the issue still?

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and restart your browser.

If it does not work, please let us know what browser you are using along with what device you are working with.
