I am not speaking for Vertical Scope - but even Microsoft doesn't support Internet Explorer any longer.

You may want to get a new web browser.

I'm using windows 10 . I'm not sure why you would tell me Microsoft does not support this browser as it is the default installed browser with windows . Maybe I am misunderstanding ?

This is actually a bit of a misunderstanding... Microsoft is dropping support of older versions of Internet Explorer. They will only be supporting the most current version, which is a change from what their usual policy was. So IE 11 will be supported, but they are no longer providing updates for IE 10, 8, etc like they used to.

Anyway, hopefully the Admin team will be able to address the issue. Seems to be a small bug.

We are looking into it now.

It's not called Internet Explorer any longer from what I understood.

On March 17, 2015, Microsoft announced that Microsoft Edge will replace Internet Explorer as the default browser on its Windows 10 devices. This effectively makes Internet Explorer 11 the last release.

The latest browser is now called Microsoft Edge.
But if you read further, it says "Starting January 12, 2016, only the most recent version of Internet Explorer on each operating system is supported." IE 11 is the most recent version of IE, as its the last version.

Agreed.

I had read at some point that MSIE was no longer supported at all (MS trying to move people to Edge), hence my initial statement.

I see these types of comments often but I think it must be said that they are irrelevant and certainly shouldn't be said in a support forum. This person is not using a browser that is rare, IE 11 is the most used computer browser. 1 in every 4 people are using it (excluding phones and tablets). So it doesn't really matter what people say, new name, old name, supported, unsupported, made by aliens, or frogs, if your website doesn't work properly with the most used browser on earth then you have made a mistake and need to fix it regardless of what MS or anyone else says about it.

MS is trying to move people to edge, but edge is only available on windows 10, More appropriately MS is trying to move people to windows 10 =] Which is cool and all but how is that relevant to the ops question? At any point in the future if MS is successful in moving the market share of IE11 below 5% then you can stop supporting it. But of course if we did say that then that would also mean that we should stop supporting safari which might make a bunch of mac users mad.
