Default "Off topic" ads

I just had several ads for "Lindsey Lohan in rehab" and something about teen moms. This seem wildly off topic for the frog forum.

Is anyone else seeing this type of ads? Or is it just me?

Hi there,

We can block specific ads if we know the URL. With the ad networks employed, they are served based on a number of factors (including your web browsing history, other sites that are opened simultaneously, key word triggers) and sometimes, ads will slip by in the network even if we have it blocked out.

Also, I have personally seen ads on Google network where the advertiser was pretty sneaky and used key words totally unrelated to the product/service they were pushing and yet, it brought up the ad.
